By accessing or using BlockSkin (blockskin.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
BlockSkin is an AI-powered Minecraft skin generation platform. We provide tools to generate, preview, and download custom Minecraft skin images. The service is offered on a freemium basis with paid credit packs available for additional generations.
You must create an account to use BlockSkin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You agree not to use BlockSkin to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems. Automated access without our express written permission is prohibited.
Skins generated using BlockSkin are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes such as YouTube videos, Minecraft servers, or personal projects. You retain full ownership of the generated content. BlockSkin does not claim any rights over the skins you create. However, you may not resell or redistribute the BlockSkin platform, API, or underlying technology itself.
BlockSkin offers free daily generations and paid credit packs. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for credit pack purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds are calculated based on unused credits only — used credits are non-refundable. Refund amount = (unused credits / total purchased credits) × purchase price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. generating skins then requesting full refund) may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits at time of termination are non-refundable unless termination was caused by us without valid reason.
The BlockSkin platform, brand, AI models, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of BlockSkin. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit permission. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft. BlockSkin is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
BlockSkin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of BlockSkin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
